Title: Repeals Certain Requirments for Medical Marijuana Card
Vote to pass a bill that repeals certain requirements for medical marijuana card.
Authorizes healthcare providers to utilize their discretion in granting medical marajuana identifications; (Sec 1)
Repeals the requirements that qualifying conditions be serious or debilitating;
Repeals the CBD-Rich and Compassionate use medical marajuana programs.
Authorizes medical marajuana patients older than 65 to self certify their condition when applying for the medical marajuan program. (Sec 5)
Authorizes the Department to issue identification cards with 1-3 year expiration dates. (Sec 8)
Requires the Department to issue identification with indefinite expiration dates to patients with terminal illness.
Authorizes medical marajuana reciprocity with certifications from other states. (Sec 13)
