Obamacare was a bad idea. It has increased the cost of health care coverage in the U.S. Some states have expanded Medicaid under Obamacare resulting in millions of dollars in new state spending. Mississippi cannot afford this. I will fight efforts to expand Medicaid under Obamacare in our state.
