As Senator, Ryan Fattman will vote to end public benefits for illegal immigrants, stop cities and towns from designating themselves as illegal immigrant "sanctuaries," and will file legislation penalizing businesses both civilly and criminally for hiring illegal immigrants in Massachusetts. Ryan Fattman supports and has voted as State Representative for the Secure Communities Act, which deports illegal immigrants who commit violent crimes in society. As State Representative, Ryan voted to end Governor Patrick's policy of providing illegal immigrants in-state tuition rates.
