Issue Position

As Senator, Ryan Fattman will vote to uphold the State and US Constitution, which enumerates rights and limits government power. Ryan believes government should be limited and not access or monitor your cell phone and text messages, emails and Facebook and twitter accounts without a warrant from a Judge. As a State Representative, he co-sponsored legislation limiting and regulating drone technology. Specifically, Ryan supports the right to keep and bear arms, and practices the right as a gun owner. His voting record as State Representative reflects these principles.
