As Senator, Ryan Fattman will vote to reduce the tax burden on families and businesses, and will fight to make Massachusetts a destination for job creation by filing Free Enterprise Encouragement Zone Legislation. This legislation will allow cities and towns to designate zoning areas with lower tax rates where the unemployment rate is higher than the state average. These Free Enterprise Encouragement Zones will also allow businesses to expedite their permitting, and eliminate business fees for LLCs, LLPs, Etc to create jobs quickly. Ryan will not support higher taxes in Massachusetts, nor does he support taxing online internet purchases.
