Senator Fontana has authored legislation that is moving through the Senate that would provide tax credits to angel investors who invest in start-up companies in Pennsylvania that will create good-paying jobs.

As a supporter of the film industry and the economic benefits a production brings to communities, Senator Fontana proposes a dedicated, multi-year tax credit program to production companies that film in Pennsylvania.

One of the biggest benefactors of the film industry's presence in our communities are small businesses. Senator Fontana has written legislation that would reinvest in the Small Business Guarantee Program and the Business in Our Sites Program, providing more resources for small businesses to grow.
