Issue Position

I believe we should be busily restoring opportunity for our children. I think the best ways to do that are through reforming our tax structure to promote productivity and new jobs and through defending the sanctity of life and traditional marriage. I believe in promoting personal responsibility and less dependence on government programs. Our local governments and families must be allowed to operate free of forced federal mandates if they are to flourish. I believe we should be governed by our peers (meaning the common man), not by wealthy politicians who see policy as a way to promote themselves and/or their fortunes.
