James has been a strong proponent of environmental issues and recognizes that protecting our environment can go hand in hand with improving and progressing the Nevada economy. James has proposed legislation that would encourage the use of fuel-efficient vehicles that would make the ownership of fuel-efficient hybrid vehicles more cost-effective for the consumer.
