*Skills training is crucial to filling the jobs that employers cannot hire for currently. We must form greater partnerships with technical colleges and vocational schools to provide skills training, job coaching, and job placement to better established a skilled workforce.

*Job creation must be the focus in the next legislative session. We can most effectively do this by working together in the legislature to prioritize infrastructure and clean energy, which would give Wisconsin long-term, family-supporting jobs.

*More than 70% of new jobs are created by small businesses. It is government's role to help these small businesses succeed. Small business seed funding and entrepreneurship education should be a priority to keep Wisconsin job growth on pace with the nation's.
