A Message From Senator Lamborn

Dear Friend,

Thank you for visiting my campaign for U.S. Congress web site!

For the past 12 years I've been El Paso County's veteran to the Colorado State House and State Senate and I am the only Legislator in this race. But to win at the August 8th Republican Primary and again at the General election in November, I need your help.

Just as I've always had to do, I must be able to rely on grassroots supporters like you because the tax-and-spend lobbyists and liberal power brokers will be working against me and backing my opponents.

Any candidate can claim to be a conservative, but during my 12 years of service in the State Legislature I have walked the walk and been a recognized and respected leader on virtually every conservative issue that we as Republicans care about most.

Unlike the other candidates in this race, with me you don't have to rely on unreliable campaign promises because I have a solid conservative voting record that you can count on. Others might claim they are pro-life, but I'm the only one who has sponsored and helped pass more pro-life legislation than anyone in the history of the Colorado Legislature.

I've worked hard to sponsor and pass the largest tax-cut in Colorado history, stop illegal immigration, protect the innocent unborn and traditional marriage, secure our 2nd Amendment rights, and improve our roads to ease traffic congestion. I'm proud to have worked hard to improve I-25 and even rename it the "Ronald Reagan Highway" through El Paso County.

If elected to Congress with your help, I will also work hard to help make affordable healthcare more available, ensure America wins the war on terror and that our service men and women, including our honored veterans, receive everything they need to protect our freedom. I'll also work hard to find solutions to lower gasoline prices and relieve our country's dependency on foreign oil.

As my proven record of conservative accomplishment indicates, I promise you will always be able to count on me, and our shared conservative values in Congress.
