Governor Mills Suspends State of Emergency

"I am suspending the State of Emergency now that the imminent threat of the storm has passed. MEMA remains focused on supporting local authorities as we continue our clean-up and recovery efforts. I thank Maine's Federal and local partners, as well as our utilities, for their hard work in preparing for and responding to the storm. My Administration will continue to work closely with them as we assess the damage from the storm in the days and weeks ahead."
