"President Biden is setting all the wrong records for all the wrong reasons. First it was record inflation and now it's a record at the border. The administration revealed today there were over 230,000 encounters at the southern border in August, the most of any month in 2023. Here in Montana, we are a northern border state with a southern border crisis as we feel the consequences of this crisis every day with the deadly scourge of drugs, especially fentanyl, flooding our state.

Every day the Biden administration looks the other way contributes to this catastrophe by encouraging it to continue."
