"If we're going to stop this out-of-control spending, Congress must do their job and pass a responsible budget now. I've been a proud cosponsor of the "No Budget, No Pay' Act for more than a decade. This important bill stops lawmakers in Washington from getting paid if a budget is not passed every year. In business, you don't get paid for a job that you don't do. Congress shouldn't be any different. Washington needs to follow Wyoming's lead and pass a responsible budget that cuts spending and provides certainty to American job creators."
