With this announcement, the Administration is advancing Democrats' work to grow the economy by growing the middle class: lowering costs for families and supporting the vital care workers who enable all other work.

"For too long, the lack of affordable, accessible child care has kept families from getting ahead. Democrats started tackling this challenge with the American Rescue Plan and our implementation of the CHIPS and Science Act. Today, we are once again putting Bidenomics into action by investing in the American people, empowering our workforce, and adding breathing room to family budgets."
