"On May 19, 2023, Chairmen Jordan, Comer, and Green sent a letter to Secretary Mayorkas requesting documents and information regarding an increasing number of aliens with terrorist ties illegally crossing the southwest border into the United States. Secretary Mayorkas failed to substantively respond to this important national security request.
The investigation into the Biden border crisis and particularly its national security ramifications raise more alarming questions that need to be answered. I look forward to working with the three Chairmen to explore all options to gain compliance with this oversight request and hold these Biden Administration officials accountable for not cooperating with Congress."
