"Wisconsin is a state that makes things and we have a second-to-none skilled workforce and the manufacturing knowhow that sets us up to lead the clean energy economy. While the Inflation Reduction Act boosted our Made in America manufacturing economy and took steps to address climate change, it left motorcycle riders and our motorcycle manufacturers out of the equation. The Electric Motorcycle Parity Act will support Wisconsin workers and iconic businesses like Harley-Davidson and help give Wisconsinites more choices to buy more affordable, efficient vehicles made by American companies."
