Hinson Rejects Abortion on Demand Agenda

Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-01) released the following statement on H.R. 8296, the Women's Health Protection Act, and H.R. 8297, the Ensuring Access to Abortion Act.

"Life is precious and must be protected. In Congress, I will continue championing pro-life policies and working to prevent taxpayer dollars from funding abortion, expand access to maternal care, and support families. The legislation brought to the floor today would allow for elective abortion at any point in pregnancy for any reason, including on the basis of sex, race, or disability -- that is extreme. I will continue to reject the radical position Democrats have taken on abortion, fight for life, and advocate for women." - Congresswoman Ashley Hinson
