Rep. Ron Estes (R-Kansas) released a statement concerning the vandalism at the Church of the Ascension in Overland Park.

"The vandalism at the Church of the Ascension in Overland Park is reprehensible," said Rep. Estes. "There is no room in our society for this type of behavior. While there are serious policy disagreements in our state over abortion regulations and the right to life, vandalizing a place of worship is not the right way to express opinions and should be condemned."
