U.S. Senator Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) issued the following statement regarding the Administration's latest gun control measure:
"The Biden Administration's decision to regulate "ghost guns' fails to address the root cause of the nation's recent crime wave. Idahoans haven't forgotten the loud and repeated calls by those on the progressive Left to defund and, in some cases, abolish police departments. Burdening law-abiding citizens of this country with additional gun restrictions is not the answer to safeguarding the public. I will continue to press for policies to combat rising violent crime that do not infringe on law-abiding citizens' constitutional rights."
