This morning, Congressman Michael Guest (MS-03) joined Members of Congress at the Capitol complex to listen to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy deliver a passionate address to United States congressional leaders.

"President Zelenskyy made a very compelling speech on behalf of the people of Ukraine," Guest said in a recorded statement. "I think I speak not only for myself but for every Member of Congress that was present that America continues to stand in solidarity with Ukraine and we will continue to provide both economic and military support."

In response to President Zelenskyy's request for more U.S. aid, Congressman Guest said that the U.S. and NATO will help supply intelligence, military assistance, and humanitarian aid to the fight.

"Congress and our NATO allies will continue to supply the Ukrainian army with the weapons they need to defend their homeland," Guest said in a recorded statement. "We will continue to provide intelligence that is necessary for them to be effective on the battlefield and we will be providing humanitarian aid for those people who are fleeing Ukraine during the course of this conflict."

Last week in an interview with Newsmax, Congressman Guest said that the United States must do everything within its power to stop Vladimir Putin without risking the spread of further conflict.
