Congressman Mike Turner (OH-10) released the following statement in response to the U.S. Supreme Court declining to take up the case of the Delphi retirees which Turner requested last October:

"I am deeply frustrated that once again, the Delphi Salaried Retirees are being denied an opportunity to restore their hard-earned retirement benefits. However, this decision will not stop me from pursuing legislative remedies and urging the Biden Administration to get them the answers and treatment they deserve," said Congressman Mike Turner.

Background: In October of 2021, Congressman Mike Turner filed an Amicus Brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in the fight to restore the lost pensions of the Delphi Salaried Retirees. Sixteen other members of the House of Representatives signed onto this brief along with Senator Rob Portman (OH). You can view the brief here.
