Today, Rep. Lucy McBath announced that, thanks to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Georgia will receive $13,631,405 in funding for Georgia's Appalachian Development Highway System (ADHS). The funding, the first sustained and dedicated support the ADHS has received in a decade, will help connect communities, reduce congestion, and maximize the economic opportunity in the region.

"Investing in our roads and highways will help keep families safe, make it quicker and safer to get to work, connect our state, and uplift our economy," McBath said. "This funding, the first of its kind in a decade, will strengthen growth in our state and improve access for families across Georgia."
