Armstrong Statement on Biden Administration's Vaccine Mandate for Private Businesses

Congressman Kelly Armstrong (R-ND) released the following statement regarding the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccination and testing mandate on private businesses with 100 or more employees issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

"President Biden's vaccine mandate on private businesses is serious government overreach that will further limit our economic recovery. I have been clear that the decision to get a vaccine should be made after consultation with a doctor. Forcing employees to receive a vaccine will not build trust in its effectiveness. These are personal choices that should be made by individual Americans, not politicians."
