Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) has sponsored H.R. 5316, the No Support for Terror Act. This bill was originally introduced by Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) and stop allocations of Special Drawing Rights at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for countries that commit genocide or sponsor terrorism.

Rep. Budd said in a statement:

"State sponsors of terrorism and countries who commit genocide have no business receiving a single cent of U.S. taxpayer money. Thanks to Rep. Steube for introducing this important bill to safeguard taxpayer dollars."
