Hoeven Announces More than $2.2 Million in Head Start Funding

Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Office of Head Start, has awarded $1,254,083 to Mayville State University and $981,560 to Great Northwest Education Cooperative. Today's funding will be used to support Head Start services for eligible children and families.
"This grant helps support school readiness for families in these communities by ensuring Head Start services and resources remain accessible and available," said Hoeven.
