Today at 5:15 p.m., Governor Kate Brown will testify in support of a set of bills aimed at increasing police accountability, including improving training and transparency related to law enforcement conduct. Among the bills to be considered is HB 2162, which was a recommendation of the Governor's Public Safety Training and Standards Taskforce.

The hearing of the House Committee on Judiciary will be live-streamed online.
