Issue Position

Jenifer will ensure that her constituents receive access to justice when they need it. As a lawyer, Jenifer knows that at key points in their lives, her constituents will need legal representation and advocacy in civil, criminal or family matters.

Jenifer will be there for her constituents when they need justice. She will ensure that her constituents from all backgrounds, income levels, and needs, have access to every resource including pro bono programs, nonprofit and civil and criminal legal service programs.

As a long time lawyer, and expert in government and nonprofit legal services, Jenifer is better poised than any representative this district has ever had to ensure justice for her constituents. Jenifer believes that due process and the right to be heard is a fundamental American right, and she will ensure that each individual constituent can access that right.
