Issue Position

I will continue to work with local, county, and state leaders to ensure that the infrastructure is in place to foster economic development across the 61st district. Moreover, I will be dedicated to promoting policies that create jobs and opportunity for all Kentuckians. With a workforce participation rate fluctuating around 56%, Kentucky typically ranks 4th lowest in the nation. We can and must unleash the power of Kentucky's economy by reforming social assistance programs in a way that incentivizes folks to return to work, instead of penalizing them for doing so.
