Issue Position

Safe and reliable public healthcare is incredibly important today more than ever. I think our state can benefit from having more healthcare providers from small and rural communities shape policy. It takes all types of perspectives to keep the public safe, costs low and maintain access to quality care that our smaller and rural communities deserve.

I'm passionate about agriculture. My ag roots run deep in South Dakota. I grew up around livestock, participating in 4-H and FFA. Agriculture is faced with many challenges ahead. I want to provide a voice to protect and preserve opportunities for future generations.

As a working mother of a three-year-old, I understand the need for quality daycare and educational opportunities for our children. In order to secure a bright future for our kids, we need to invest in our teachers and education system. I'd like to see policy that demonstrates how much we appreciate our teachers and educators.
