Issue Position

Illegal Aliens have willfully ignored our nation's immigration laws.

Criminal Illegal Aliens have ignored our immigration laws AND have committed other crimes.

They are law breakers and they are dangerous, which is why no local community should be permitted to provide safe harbor for Criminal Illegal Aliens.

That's why I am excited to share that legislation I authored, which is also referred to as "America's Toughest Sanctuary City Ban", was signed into law in Florida. This was my top priority, and it was great to get it done!
