As a business owner and director of a non-profit, Dr. Gillette knows the importance of hard work, a balanced budget and making smart spending choices. She will work hard to ensure that waste is reduced, vital services are protected, and tax dollars are used wisely. Montana is towards the bottom of the nation when it comes to job wages. The high demand for employment in Montana is met with a low workforce supply, as young professionals leave the state to seek other, more profitable, positions outside of the state. We can reverse this process by ensuring Montana's economy grows and appeals to businesses.
