Issue Position

Education options continue to be a driving force in determining where Indiana families choose to live and grow. I support students and their ability to choose the educational path best suited and responsive to their specific needs. Successful education is that collaborative effort between parent, student and the educational system providing the skills the student requires to succeed.

Priorities continue to be spending more money per student, providing options and encouraging more local control. The value of education is found directly in the classroom and I continue to work to ensure taxpayer dollars are put to good use.
