Issue Position

Every family needs access to high-quality home visitation and PreK, K-12 education, and higher education. I support:

Universal Pre-K Education for all 3- and 4-year-olds in New Mexico

Expansion of all zero-five early childhood education including home visiting

Fully funding and expanding after-school programs

Raising public school teachers' salaries

Tuition-free college for New Mexico residents

More efforts to recruit, train, and retain quality teachers and other education based employees
