Issue Position

I will be a strong advocate for senior and veteran care.

Jefferson County has a very high population of veterans. We need to ensure that we are providing quality resources to the people who have fought to protect our country.

Furthermore, it's vitally important that we protect our seniors from fraud, abuse, and neglect. The legislature has made progress on this issue, but it's important the work continues. We need to ensure that our seniors have access to affordable prescription medications and services in order to remain independent and in their own homes, including adequate transportation options.
