The Child Care Assistance Program helps low-income families leave welfare and get a full-time job while providing affordable day care for their children, but Republican Governor Bruce Rauner kicked 70,000 children off the program. I have stood up for working families by repeatedly fighting against Rauner's dangerous cuts and voting to fund child care assistance.
