Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) is receiving FreedomWorks' FreedomFighter Award for his congressional voting record during 2019. The organization is committed to advancing economic freedom and personal liberty.

Congressman Higgins issued the following statement:

"Our office continues to be recognized as one of the most conservative in Congress. I support the free market, small government, and the Constitutional freedoms of every American. We will continue to promote these values and core principles in all our congressional efforts."
