The Commonwealth Ports Authority is receiving $3,120,579 in supplemental discretionary grant funding, the Federal Aviation Administration announced Thursday . Grant funds will be used to improve, modify, or rehabilitate the terminal building at the Francisco C. Ada Saipan International Airport. Funds are made available by Public Law 116-94 , "Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020," which included a supplemental amount of $400 million for discretionary grants under the Airport Improvement Program.
