Internal Revenue Service staff Gayvial D. James and Dee Robinson Rutkowski visited the congressional office on Monday. Ms. James is the IRS Local Taxpayer Advocate for Hawaii & Pacific U.S. Territories based in Hawaii. Ms. Rutkowski is the IRS U.S. Territories Program Manager based in Washington D.C. Their team has always been helpful to our constituents who need assistance with the IRS. Thank you, Ms. James and Ms. Rutkowski, for your hard work and service.
