Issue Position

Utah state law requires that all fees be reasonable and merely cover the actual costs involved - that's a good thing - but we must be vigilant in making sure that law is enforced. I am particularly concerned about school fees, which are exorbitantly high for secondary students (meaning, in most cases, parents of secondary students.) I would like to see all school fees re-examined or audited.
