Issue Position: Advocate for Arts and Culture

Press Release

The arts are one of the driving forces of our community. We need to support artists and arts organizations because they bring culture, vitality and creativity to our lives.
I will advocate for increased investments in the arts and creative organizations in the city as well as funding for statewide organizations that invest in Pawtucket.
The arts community and the maker community (like our breweries) are growing in Pawtucket. I will support legislation for specific tourism dollars to support breweries and spaces for the arts in our city.
