Issue Position: Roads

Roads... We can all agree our roads are unsafe and need to be fixed but you don't throw money at a failed system. Our state legislature missed a golden opportunity in reforming how we repair our roads last year and instead voted in one of the largest tax increases in our state history. I'll ensure this money is spent properly on roads and doesn't go to special interests. I'll also ensure in the future there is smart growth to our community infrastructure along with government spending reform instead of raising taxes.
