What I Believe
We owe our Veterans a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid. In addition to giving thanks, an important part of honoring America's veterans is ensuring we've got their back when they leave the military and return home to potential challenges of furthering their education, finding a good-paying job, and staying healthy.

Supported the requirement that school districts to provide veterans a preference in employment (SB 90).
Supported revising the periods of time during which veterans may use tuition benefits at institutions under the control of the Board of Regents (HB 1163).
