A member of the Assembly Speakers Task Force on Foster Care, Todd traveled the State of Wisconsin listening to those involved in our Foster Care System. At the conclusion of these listening sessions, Todd introduced a bill that passed the Assembly waiving tuition at all UW Institutions and Technical Colleges in Wisconsin. As an institution he cares deeply about, Todd continues to meet with stakeholders and look for ways to improve this system and the lives of the people involved.
