Due to federal turnaround on Environmental policy, Connecticut is in a precarious health situation. Reducing restrictions in the midwest creates a ground-level ozone problem over CT because of the flow of the jet stream, creating health hazards, mostly for children and the elderly. We must focus environmental legislation on reducing this effect if possible. We must also protect our natural resources, parks, and open space.
