Julie believes that health care is a basic human right and no one in Connecticut should go without. Health care costs are too high, and prescription drugs are too expensive for most families and seniors. Julie will work in the legislature to expand access to quality, affordable health coverage and prescription drugs for every single person in Connecticut.
