We need to ensure that those who need help, whether physical or mental, have access to affordable quality care and the programs designated to help are held accountable and to the highest standard. We can never jeopardize anyone's personal heath simply because legislators in Madison cannot balance a budget. We must also protect the rights of women to make their own personal health decisions without government interference.
