Today, Governor Pete Ricketts issued a statement praising President Donald J. Trump's nomination of Omaha Attorney Brian Buescher to serve as District Judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.
"Congratulations to Brian Buescher on his nomination to serve as a U.S. District Court Judge. Over the years, Brian has proven himself to be an incredibly talented legal expert. He has the temperament to be a great judge, and will approach each case he is given with a fair and open mind. I urge the U.S. Senate to act quickly and to confirm Brian to the bench."
