With a significant concentration of hate groups support in PA, the Commonwealth is under duress. I believe in protecting against a potential corrosive Charlottesville of our own. Indecency has been emboldened in our national discussions. We must protect and heal civil society from all forms of hate and bigotry, particularly against LGBT and people of color. Inclusivity will unleash peaceful futures for North Philadelphia. Malcolm believes in protecting sanctuary cities, increasing penalties around hate crimes and cyber-bulling, and an equal protection law at the state level.
