I love Colorado for many reasons, including the beauty that surrounds us, outdoor recreation and world-class cultural attractions. We all want to take advantage of the opportunity offered here, but when the cost of living outpaces real wage growth, even tickets to a Rockies game for the family can be unattainable.

I will support smart growth policies that encourage innovation and opportunity for all Coloradans. A thriving economy means that we can put our kids through college without debt and help take care of our aging parents without sacrificing our quality of life.

Our economy needs to work for all of us -- not just wealthy people and corporations.
