Protecting access to quality healthcare is a top priority for Senator Soucy, and she has fought attempts to curtail medicaid, and women's healthcare options.
She voted to expand Medicaid in New Hampshire, providing coverage to 48,000 Granite Staters who would otherwise not have health insurance.
Senator Soucy has also fought to ensure Granite State women have access to a full range of health services. She sponsored a buffer zone law, which protects anyone seeking healthcare from a reproductive health center from harrassment as they enter or exit the facility.
